+ Anshuman’s professional experiences in the European–level Supply Chain span four different companies and sectors like Consumer Goods and Food Industry. In these companies: I had firsthand witnessed Supply Chain transitions either due to M&A* activity or due to supply chain strategy implementation as a function of change in market dynamics

In response to those European-level transitions, some of the projects I was mandated to realize were from (re)designing to implementation and scaling up of "Process, People, and Systems" oriented operations.

Examples include: SIOP/S&OP transformation (PMI*), integration of a LOB into the Supply Chain (PMI*), Inventory reduction, increase in Forecast Accuracy, changed ways of working of the Supply and Supplier team, etc. These projects were realized in collaboration with colleagues at various hierarchical levels and functions like Marketing, Sales, IT, Supply, Finance, etc. Plus, I have worked (in person) with people of ten different nationalities in Europe.
