These transitions can be implemented preferably in the context of new supply chain strategy implementation, or as part of Mergers & Acquisitions process integration. A supply chain that adapts to the dynamics of the world and actively supports her company to maximize the profits from upcoming opportunities - is a superior one and may act as her backbone.
